Mi lord, you have commented that Ms. Sharma is responsible for problems in the country. Facts: Sections of India’s second largest majority has engineered riots in various parts of the country in the last several decades, including recent years, and recent months. Stones were pelted on innocent citizens, assaulting the decency of ordinary citizens, including vandalism and arson. Are you attributing all of that to Nupur Sharma as well? Nupur Sharma merely stated what has been cited by many Islamic scholars repeatedly, written in authentic Islamic scriptures, Qur’an and Hadis, known to most Muslims. Question: Is your justice now a popularity contest and based on fears rather than on truth and merit? Question: You chose to justify the brutal actions of Islamists just because Nupur Sharma said a truth that is otherwise repeated and accepted by many including Islamic Scholars? You justified brutal murders? You justified mobocracy over democracy that provided you the very chair you are sitting on, dear mi lord? You justified extra judicial, Sharia type “punishment”, over the judicial system you have been part of for decades? Is there anything more self-insulting than what you have done to yourself? You chose to provide an open avenue for Islamists to behead more innocent people sitting in those high chairs? Judge, are your comments and judgements based on the Indian law or based on Sharia law of another country? Question: Why must Ms Sharma apologize yet again and that too for stating truth while it was her whose sentiments were severely hurt? Mi lord, we learnt that the hon. Court has denied her relief on clubbing of FIRs which makes sense. Q:-- Is Ms. Sharma expected to travel to various police stations and courts in the face of credible death threats? Q:-- You prefer some Islamic extremists to impart Ms. Sharma sharia justice on one of the streets leading a regional court? Effectively, have you given the Sharia jurisprudence priority over Indian? Are you chairing at Hon. Supreme Court or some Sharia Court? Q:-- Is there no concern for the dignity and well-being of a woman citizen in front of pressures on you from politics, national or international? Q:-- Hindus so far have not resorted to violence. Perhaps that is why justice remains elusive for them? Q:-- Has the memory of Kamlesh Tiwari faded away? Ms. Sharma was responsible for his lynching too that happened years prior to her TV debate? Q:-- In months prior to Ms. Sharma’s reply to Mr. Rahmani’s pervert comments hundreds of Hindus have been killed by Islamists merely for Hindus being Hindus, is that too because of Nupur Sharma’s statements? Q:-- Where is that Supreme Court now that otherwise gets into useless matters like the height of dahi-handi on Hindu festivals on daily basis and now is nowhere to be found when a genocide of Hindus has been going on in WB and many other states? Are you going to forgive the West Bengal Chief minister of her open statements during past state election where she was THREATENING the people of WB that “after the elections, the Central forces will go away, but they will have to face her Tyranny if not voted for her!” Since her victory, she is doing what she has promised. Consolidate all cases, FIRs, to one location in New Delhi, or Uttar Pradesh, where she can get a fair trial without extrajudicial justice or violence against her. #Two#: We also ask that the Court must initiate suo motu proceedings against Mr. Tasleem Rehmani who spoke in a derogatory and inflammatory way against Hindu Gods. #Three#: The channel ‘Times Now’ and its host editor Navika Kumar should have stopped the debate on hearing the language and views of Tasleem Rehmani. In the pursuit of TRP they let the discussion proceed. Hold her accountable. Hold the AltNews partner Mohammed Zubair who instigated ‘Sir tan se juda’ (behead them) order. #Four#: The media house has conveniently deleted the video. That does not absolve them of the responsibility. Demand the original tape of the video as a valid discovery of the matter. Without that, no justice is possible. #Five#: Nupur Sharma is a victim. She needs protection and justice. Provide her Z security. An incorrect view of this matter is detrimental to our national interests. Please look around our borders. India is the only country where minorities are thriving. We are also the only nation where the majority is always compromised. Pardiwala and Mr. Suryakant *Kind Attn:* Honorable Chief Justice of India Mr. N. V. Ramanna and Honorable Minister of Law and Justice Mr. Kiren Rijiju. *Complaint Matter:* Both the above mentioned judges have today created an environment of security threat for the entire nation. The matter which was silent and calm in the country, had become a matter of political blame-game due to irresponsible statements and behaviour of these two judges of the supreme court. Today they have deliberately poured oil on the fire, which was about to end. They gave an opportunity to certain political people, by giving irresponsible statements in the court of law. They are appointed as judges in supreme court, or are they are appointed as the politicians of the supreme court? How can the judges behave so irresponsibly without investigation, without interrogation, without evidences, and against the legal procedures? Do they have any such powers or rights? They stated below listed comments against Ms. Nupur Sharma, which I believe is an act of incitement and provocation in the country, by these two judges of supreme court. Due to their misuse of judicial powers, the political blame-game began in the country, which may possibly result into riots throughout the country. The points these judges commented in supreme court today are listed below, along with my clarifications in bold format: *1)* The Judge(s) Said, "Ms. Nupur Sharma is Responsible for The Udaipur Kanhaiya Beheading Murder Case". *My Reply:* People from Muslim Religion are against her statement, but what about the people from Hindu Religion, many of whom are in support of Ms. Nupur Sharma. Are these two judges appointed in SC, for giving justice only to the Muslims and not to the Hindus? Do they have any such powers/rights to give such statements? Are these two "Judges", or are these two "Politicians"? *2)* The Judge(s) Said, "Ms. Nupur Sharma Has Ignited The Entire Nation by Giving A Statement on Prophet Muhammad". *My Reply:* Who will decide, that the statement given by Ms. Sharma is wrong or right? She just said, that Prophet Muhammad had married a kid, which in her opinion is wrong. Many people on global forums have raised this question. Even many muslims have several times raised this question. And several top international Muslim leaders have also proudly answered to such questions. Then for what reason and on what grounds is Ms. Nupur Sharma being targeted? Is it a crime to raise this question? What if I say today, that these two judges have ignited the entire nation (and not Ms. Nupur Sharma), by giving their statements in support of muslims, and by ignoring their support to hindus, who stand with Ms. Nupur Sharma? *3)* The Judge(s) Said, "She Should Apologize in Front of Entire Nation". *My Reply:* Will these two judges also apologize in front of entire nation for giving irrelevant, irresponsible rude statements in the court of law? They are appointed with limited powers, and to deliver only justice, and that too according to legal and constitutional procedures. They are not supposed to say anything which they personally feel is right or wrong. They are judges, not politicians! And their today's statements in court of law seems to be completely politically motivated. In last 24 hours I have been writing and distributing contents across India, with a pure intention to help people from both religions to calm down, to maintain peace in nation. I worked whole night, doing my duty as an ordinary citizen. Everything was peaceful with no violence or riots anywhere across India. Even political blame game didn't take place in last 24 hours since the Udaipur beheading incident took place. But since today morning (1st Jul 2022), after the irresponsible statements from these two judges were telecasted by media, thereafter several political debates of blame games begun. Untill then everything was silent and peaceful. I monitored whole night. This means, these two judges are trying to create a conflict in the nation with their politically motivated statements in the court of law. They again incited a matter, which had cooled down before their statements. They have done a crime of inciting an issue on media, by pouring oil with their statements within the court of law. *Request:* So I request Honorable CJI and Minister of Law and Justice, *to immediately terminate these two judges*, as they are misusing the judicial platform by giving politically-inciting statements in the court of law. *That's a clear misuse of judicial powers. The Supreme Court of India has given shamreful comments, which is against the freedom of expression, freedom of speech, and right to justice. It is based on Sharia law rather than democratic law. It directly puts Nupur Sharma, and anyone standing for her freedom of speech, in harms way. Because, the judges have justified violent attacks by islamists.
